Matchpoint creates leads for businesses whenever a consumer completes a contact form on Matchpoint.com or one of our partner web sites. Business owners are notified of new leads they receive and respond to them through their Matchpoint Business Center account.

[edit] Lead Details
Business owners receive detailed information about consumers and their needs as part of each lead generated. Lead detail includes:
- First name
- Last name (partial)
- Matchpoint Business Category
- Consumer Location (City, State, Zip)
- Qualification Details (optional or consumer)
- Needs/Requirements (free text)
[edit] Responding To Leads
Matchpoint provides business owners with two ways to respond to leads: voice messages and e-mail.Business owners may respond to a lead for up to 14 days.
[edit] Voice Messages
Matchpoint provides business owners with a way to respond to leads over the telephone. A unique phone number that is included each lead can be used by the business owner to leave a voice message response for the consumer. Matchpoint notifies consumers of new voice messages via e-mail so that they can listen to the responses immediately without having to use the telephone.
[edit] E-mail Messages
Matchpoint provides business owners with the ability to response to each lead with up to two e-mail messages. Messages are compose and sent via their Matchpoint Business Center account. Alternatively businesses can setup automatic e-mail responses to be sent to consumers whenever a new lead is received.
Matchpoint relays a business owner's e-mail messages to consumers ensuring that the e-mail is delivered and not ever considered to be spam. If the consumers chooses, they can reply directly to e-mail messages from a business owner - allowing the two parties to carry on the dialog directly.

[edit] Leads Roster
Businesses can see and mange their leads by logging into their Business Center account clicking on the Leads tab where they will see a record each lead received. Clicking on the name field will bring you to a detail page for that lead where you can view all components of that lead.
[edit] Lead Notification
Matchpoint gives you the option to receive email notification each time you receive a lead. To change your lead notification settings log into tyour Business Center account and and click on the "account" tab.
